Mr N'nyapule Madai is the Chair of the Tanzania Society for the Deaf. We are very happy and proud of our great working relationship with him and TSD as a whole.

Kulwa Milembe has recently been appointed as the new Head Teacher of Buguruni School.

Matilda Ngonyani, known as Mama Matilda, is the Director of the TSD. She lives in the school grounds and is responsible for the day-to-day running of the TSD. She leads on fostering community relationships, donor management, improvement projects, manages Tanzanear staff, and has a wealth of wisdom and experience from having worked with deaf children for almost all her professional life.
